THE VILLA
Completely immersed in silence, in the lush Umbrian countryside, this luxury home for rent offers a unique experience for all kinds of guests : from total relax-seekers to tireless-explosers alike. Located in a strategic position: just a few kilometres away from the medieval city of Todi with all must-visit sights, fun activities and wonderful trekking paths, just a short ride away. The villa is designed around maximum comfort with breathtaking views on Todi visible from all key outdoor areas of the villa: the outdoor patio and jacuzzi infinity pool, for unforgettable lunches and aperitivos at sunset.
The property is an old 17th century farmhouse restored in full respect of the materials and styles of the time. It develops over three levels with the addition of an autonomous dependance apartment.
Over the ground floor: the living room, dining room, kitchen, television room, all overlooking the outdoor panoramic patio. The patio, shaded by a cherry tree, has long white sofas and two dining tables, one of them with adjacent BBQ.
The first floor houses the four bedrooms: two with ensuite and two suites with a separate relax area with fireplace and bathroom. The dependence is a small separate apartment with a king size bed, private bathroom and living room with fireplace.
Last but definitely not least, on the lower ground floor : the gym, changing room, pool bar and, outside, a wonderful infinity pool with jacuzzi, sun beds and a ping pong table in the shades, for strenuous, never ending competitions. In the evening, gather on the sun beds, switch on the projector to enjoy an outdoor cinema night under the stars.
